Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

 

• If you are to miss your appointment with no notice, you may be charged the full cost of your service upon your stylists discretion.

 

• For first time color appointments, we will require a $50 deposit. This is not an additional fee and will be used toward your first service. If you are to miss your appointment or need to cancel within the 24 hour window, the $50 deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
